Refund & Cancellation Policy (GharHelp.in)

At GharHelp.in, we provide clients with access to verified home service professionals in their selected area and category. Our service fee covers the effort of sourcing, verifying, and sharing the details of available providers.
1. Service Fulfilment
- Once provider details are delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.
- If any listed provider is found unavailable or unreachable within 24 hours, we will share alternate contacts at no additional cost.
2. Refunds
- Since the service is delivered digitally and instantly, the service fee is non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable once provider details have been shared with the client.
- In case we won’t able to provide service professionals in you area, Half refund will be credited with in 2 to 5 days.
3. Hiring Responsibility
- GharHelp acts only as a connector. The final selection, hiring, and terms of engagement are the client’s responsibility.
- We do not guarantee employment, performance, or continuity of any provider.
